I enjoy working with adolescents, adults, and parents experiencing a range of psychological concerns. I have a particular interest in supporting individuals experiencing:

  • Attachment and relational difficulties

  • Stress, anxiety and panic

  • Chronic anxiety and OCD

  • Specific phobias

  • Childhood trauma and complex trauma

  • Family of origin patterns that show up in adulthood

  • Young adults

  • Parents of children aged 5-12 years old who are seeking to better understand the needs underlying their child’s behaviour, strengthen connection, and family functioning.

Psychological Therapy

Please note I do not provide medico-legal reports or neurodevelopmental assessments.

Clinical Supervision

I am an AHPRA Board Approved Supervisor who enjoys providing supervision to general psychologists, clinical psychology registrars, and early career clinicians supporting children, adolescents and families.

I aim to provide a warm, collaborative, and reflective space where supervisees can feel supported to think deeply about their clinical work, explore relational processes that emerge in therapy, grow in confidence, and develop a career that is fulfilling and sustainable.

Authenticity is the daily practice of letting go of who we think we’re supposed to be and embracing who we are. Choosing authenticity means cultivating the courage to be imperfect, to set boundaries, and to allow ourselves to be vulnerable; exercising the compassion that comes from knowing that we are all made of strength and struggle; and nurturing the connection and sense of belonging that can only happen when we believe that we are enough.
